I have decided to do my 21 day cleanse early. It will be 21 days of food diaries, hydrating juice, morning juice flushes and rebounding in the evenings. Oh the life of a 40 year old woman. I ask myself, "can it get any better then this?"

Other news, I love having my intern around. She is sweet, smart and knows how to get the job done. She pays attention to her work and has really help me get out a quality end product. She informed me tonight that she will be staying for next semester, so that is a sigh of relief. She is also going to be hooking me up with a couple of interns this week. Hopefully they will work out as well as her.

I was wondering to myself tonight....how long has it been since I have gotten flowers?
