- A love of textile arts courses through my veins. I grew up at my mother’s sewing machine and joined my first knitting club at the age of 7. I earned a BFA from University of Northern Colorado in 1990 and although I have explored many different mediums in my artistic expressions, I always returns to textiles. I live, love, work, play, and create in Athens, Georgia where I am inspired by the strong and independent women all around me.
